Hey folks! My name is Erick. I’m a man of many hobbies and I love to express myself through my creative outlets.
I’m a pin maker, podcast host, content creator, digital marketer, part-time musician, full-time boche ball athlete from NJ, USA.
Some fun info to help better understand who I am:
- I’ve been in various bands ranging from rock to hip hop and punk music genres
- I filmed south Asian weddings for 5 years
- I’ve developed a love for photography while working at a boutique electric piano shop
- I’ve helped numerous businesses develop a strong presence on social media
- I’m currently providing YouTube strategy and analytics for some major entertainment brands in America
Back in 2016, I started an enamel pin shop because I was searching for a pin that didn’t exist. My entrepreneurial skills kicked in and I went to work on figuring out how to design, produce and sell enamel pins. It’s been 5 years of successfully running Warrior Pins.
Along the way, I’ve been fortunate enough to interact with some incredible brands! We’ve participated in a few events pin trade events with Pintrill, we’ve ended at Patches & Pins Expo 3 times, we’ve established several long-lasting relationships with pin makers and collectors all over the world, and created memories that will last a lifetime.
Being part of this wonderful pin community has inspired me to give back. So I started Pin Pals, a podcast about enamel pins. I interview pin makers to understand their journey through the pin game while learning a thing or two myself! The podcast also provides a platform for makers to share their pin-making process, their wins and loss.. it allows makers to be as transparent as possible and open up about life as a pin maker. I like to think this provides immense value and entertainment for listeners. I love every part of it
I don’t know what the future holds for me but for right now, I’m content producing pins, hosting a podcast, and giving back to the pin community.
